Rennsteig Crimping Machine CM 25-1

Small but robust pneumatic crimping machine with a crimping force of 25kN. - Also particulary suitable for small series production due to easy resetting of machine. - Parallel movement of crimping jaws guarantee exact crimping connections. - Compatible with most of crimping dies and locators of the crimp system pliers PEW 12. - Vast variety of applications due to the possibility of adjusting different working strokes (< 6 mm and > 6 to 14 mm). Observing the relevant safety standards the machine is also operable without protection device in dependance of the selected working stroke. - Convenient handling by 360° rotatable die accomodation system for both left- and right-handed users. - Optimal repeatable crimping results by a special driving mechanism. - Maintenance-free operation. - Crimping applications: 0.08 to 50 mm² (35 and 50 mm² for ferrules only). - Operationg pressure: 6 bar. - Compressed air requirements: 0.75l/working stroke.
