KMI 3011 Stripper Crimper Press

The KM3011 2 ton stripper crimper has been designed for fast mini applicator change overs with very little setting. It has an in-line stripping concept where the wire stays in front of the mini applicator. Then the stripping unit moves away from the wire and out of the way before being crimped. This new programmable machine enables you to set the wire cut depth and length via an encoder wheel for a fast and accurate set up with other setting being able to be strored within the program including wire retraction.This is carried out via the new sensor touch LCD screen. The KM3010 will accept almost all mini applicators on the market. It also has standard features of a carrier strip scrap chopper and a quality lamp. With the option of Crimp force monitoring.
